USA ORDERS
We process orders in 1-4 business days.
USA orders should arrive in 8-10 business days. We are a small business that fulfills everything in-house in Los Angeles. We thank you for your patience. If you feel as though USPS has misplaced your item, please contact us. We make sure every customer gets their purchased item.
WRONG SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to a customer error.
We make our shipping labels based on the information a customer provides. If you accidentally enter an incorrect or incomplete address and you are bound to inform us immediately (within 24 hours of your order).
YOU WILL HAVE TO COVER THE COST OF RESENDING THE SHIPMENT TO YOU.
IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS "DELIVERED" BUT YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT - USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
We encourage you to contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
